I think I can safely say that things are getting to be a bit more routine when I start cooking again (we had it with egg noodles).

Alex finished a meeting at VGH, which is just a few blocks from our place, and dropped in for dinner. Jamie came over and joined us after he tucked Allison in, who wasn't feeling that great -- she finally caught Jamie's cold. Lastly Mel and Gresh wandered in. We sat around talking over a few bottles of wine and it was like old times when we lived together in Victoria.

We did finally end up going bowling as well, but didn't get out of the house until past 11pm. Alex was flying back to Victoria the next morning, so he bowed out and went home. The five of us remaining jumped in a cab and went to the Commodore Lanes on Granville. As you can see from the picture, Jamie was practicing a bit of "power bowling".
