For some reason, Kate and I (with Joey looking on) went on a massive search for Matt Irving this evening. Well, search in terms of plugging through Google results.

We found Matt Irving hanging out at Fecal Face. Apparently he had some trouble getting back into the US at the beginning of this year. That, and something about babysitting a drunken bear.

So Matt is still down in California, art director at Element Skateboards plus making movies and such. Little does he know that we still have all his art kidnapped and hung up on the wall. This picture has some of Matt's art right above the heads of the people. And look! It's Gresham Smith, who grew up with Matt in Armstrong.
