Cringely's dog

This has to be one of the funnier Cringely's in recent memory, or ever for that matter. First, he admits that he was once a gossip columnist, and he likes focussing on one topic rather than trying to find some sort of hidden effort behind five (can you say "conspiracy theory"?).

Then he describes how his pet dog, Gilmore, was an abused dog and would pee on the carpet whenever Bob walked towards him. Bob went to a pet psychic who communicated with the dog through telepathy and emailed Bob the transcript of the talk. Aparently, Gilmore stopped wetting the carpet immediately afterwards. The dog guessed it was his chewing, but when the psychic said "No, it's your peeing on the carpet" the dog is said to have replied "Oh, that."

Then Bob goes into his usual, though this week he discusses a variety of new ideas/technologies, etc. That dog story is priceless, though.
