Access control is something else that could be integrated.

Perhaps something as simple as defining access levels based on whether the recipient is in the "To", "Cc" or "Bcc" field.

Another option would be password access, again noted in the body of the email.

Pre-administering access should also be possible -- send email with an attachment to the designated EGADS e-mail address, have it strip the attachment plus send a link back to you for a web interface to configure/administer access to the file.
