There are articles and other pieces of content that I come back to on a regular basis. Here are a few that I’ve been thinking about lately:
- When Tailwinds Vanish: The Internet in the 2020s – a key read in understanding that we are shifting to a new stage of digital product and company design, which in turn affects how companies are created, funded, and run.
- The concept of Pioneers, Settlers, and Town Planners by Simon Wardley is super useful in thinking about [[orgdesign]], including which of these types you are. And yes, Wardley Maps is a concept that I’m a fan of (that I really should get better at using in practice!)
- How Algolia uses Electron to improve internal productivity – some day, I’d like to have this type of functionality available for any organization. I don’t even know if Algolia still maintains this.
- Yes Code – rather than the [[no code]] movement, Anil Dash writes about “yes code”: we should be striving to have many more people “code” to create custom solutions that meet their needs
