SubEthaEdit is a text-editor whose major featureis collaborative editing based on Rendezvous. You can invite other users to collaboratively edit a document. It also features syntax highlighting for many languages (PHP, HTML, etc. etc.) and a live preview of HTML code using Apple's WebCore.
