Convert Claude Code session logs into clean, shareable markdown.

Claude Code stores session logs as JSONL files in ~/.claude/projects/. cc2md reads those logs and renders them in the terminal with glamour, or exports raw markdown to files. When invoked with no arguments in a TTY, it launches an interactive session picker.

See Proxmox Setup with Claude Code for an example exported and published session. The README also has tips on how to always export and keep a copy of sessions. I might consider doing that and putting it directly into my Obsidan vault.
