Hello! My name is Gavin and I am an artist with a focus on music, cinema, and text. I was born in 1984 in Mérida 🇲🇽 and grew up in London 🇬🇧 and Houston Texas, Los Angeles California, and Detroit Michigan. I now live in Los Angeles 🇺🇸 You can find me online as gavcloud. My work revolves around improvised and notated composition, algorithmic video art and cinema. I am working to deepen my knowledge of computer science and networked thinking, and incorporating new technologies that can (in)form the basis of a stylistically multifaceted praxis.
