Why this box

With RAM and SSD prices inflated in 2026 (parts shortage), buying a brand-new box with 32 GB + 1 TB already installed beat every used + DIY-upgrade option.

Plan

Proxmox VE then migrate services (Cloudron in a large LXC — the “migrate as-is” option) onto it over time. The upgrade path is adding more small nodes (a Proxmox cluster), not one big box.
