It's April 2026, I'm recovering from conference organizing, and I'm tinkering with my website.

• it's been a week since AtmosphereConf 2026 ended. It was amazing to host everyone, it was a lot of work, and I'm very happy how it turned out. Check the Semble collection for some of the feedback that people wrote up
• The next 3 months, I'll be helping organize Local First Conf in Berlin wearing my Ink & Switch hat
• I'm in Berlin at the end of April, 27th -> 30th. There will likely be a Berlin atproto meetup
• Figuring out how to fund my "half time" working on atproto. There is some desire to create an entity for the atproto community.
