Working half time for Ink & Switch as Fractional COO. Other half is building the ATProtocol community & ecosystem as part of building towards March 2026 (save the date).

I have a busy August head of me:

• Just wrapped presenting at Fedicon - Beyond Microblogging ATProto
• Heading to DWeb Camp Cascadia
• A trip to Bristol, UK on behalf of Ink & Switch, we're having a social in London on Aug 16th
• A week in NYC at Protocols for Publishers for Unternet, plus ATProto NYC Community Hack Day
